The Brief. 

The brief for this project was to create a top market specialist referral practice in a grade ||* listed building.

The Results.

Building work in listed buildings provide a huge number of challenges. Grade ||* listed buildings account for less than 6% of monuments in the UK, so striking a balance between conserving a property of this stature and restoring it to the proper standards, while meeting today’s building and environmental regulations is cruical.
