PART TIME – ADMIN/PERSONAL ASSISTANT (15 hours) per week
 

Flexible working hours

Ideally the role would be office based for approximately 3 hours per day Monday – Friday, we can be flexible on when those times are and are willing to discuss a varied working pattern to suit the right candidate.

Based in Mark, Somerset

Paradigm Design Solutions is a small but dynamic dental practice design company based in Mark, Somerset. We’re currently looking for a team member to help with the day to day running of the office alongside assisting the company Director where required.

​

Duties including but not limited to:

  • To provide administrative support within the office setting.

  • Answering the telephone in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Ensure that all customers are treated in a pleasant, courteous and efficient manner.

  • Keep customer files up to date

  • General admin is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Admin queries are dealt with promptly and responses communicated to the relevant parties.

  • Assistance with sourcing various goods online.

  • Ensure all quotes and invoices are organised and filed efficiently.

  • Scheduling the installation calendar & ensuring office diary is kept up to date

  • Answering email queries.

  • Liaising with suppliers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Assistance with limited social media & email marketing

  • Running errands when required. These will occasionally be for the company director’s personal needs.

  • General office maintenance, including occasional cleaning/tidying

     

Personal qualities;

  • You must be an independent, proactive person

  • You will have the ability to work efficiently, structured and organised.

  • Demonstrate the ability to deal with the public.

  • Dependable and conscientious.

  • Capable of dealing with both routine and non-routine matters.

  • Pays attention to detail, particularly with regard to recording of information.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and be an effective multi-tasker.

  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude to every aspect of your role is required, as is a keen eye for detail and thoroughness in all your work.

  • Must have own car for local ad-hoc errand running (mileage paid)

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

The office is accessed via a home, so it is essential that there is a mutual trust.
 

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
 

Salary: £10 per hour
