Project 1: The Practice at The General | Bristol
This project was quite unique for Paradigm. Typically, most of our clients come to us with a general idea of what they want and are eager to leverage the expertise of our skilled Interior Designer. However, in this case, the client had a sharp eye for design and a clear vision of the style and aesthetic they wanted to achieve. They simply needed someone to help bring their vision to life.

We fulfilled the brief to perfection, delivering exactly what the client envisioned, down to the smallest detail. As you can see from the images, the results were nothing short of spectacular.

While it’s uncommon for Paradigm not to play a guiding role in design decisions, when a client has a well-defined vision that we can see will succeed, we are more than happy to support them in turning it into reality.
Project 2: Smile Hub | London
We helped our client transform an empty space in this Grade II listed building into the practice of their dreams.
This project was truly one of a kind. Working within a Grade II listed building comes with its own set of design challenges, and the client’s goal added another layer of complexity: to maximize the number of surgeries within the available space.
While other design firms couldn’t find a way to achieve this, Paradigm succeeded in fitting an additional surgery into the layout.
It was an incredibly tight fit—down to the millimeters—but we made it work by designing a curved corridor. This innovative solution created just enough room to meet the client’s ambitious vision.
Project 3: Trinity Dental | Rothwell
This was another Grade II listed building, far from purpose-built for dentistry. We delivered a solution that retained the character and combined this with a smoothly functioning workflow.
Project 4: Eden Dental Practice | Carlisle
This thriving out-of-town dental practice has expanded from five to nine surgeries with the expert support of Paradigm. Going from strength to strength, they’ve seamlessly integrated our dispensing cabinets, creating surgery spaces that are impeccably organised and free of clutter.
