Very few practices fail to recognise the importance of recruiting the right staff and then ensuring they are trained and motivated.   With every project, we undertake we give top priority to these criteria.

 

We place great importance on understanding the culture and dynamics of a practice before we start.  Staff needs to buy into any changes from the beginning and we will familiarise and educate staff as part of all projects.
